The simulation is used as a foundation for participants to apply the concepts taught by establishing a real life environment in which they interact.
The standard platform is flexible and can often be used with none or minimal modifications to incorporate into your sessions.

Working closely with you we will:
- Establish your business objectives and then specify the outcomes that define success for your organization.
- Develop an interactive, creative simulation based learning solution to deliver the defined success.
- Help to design a workshop or seminar utilizing the simulation and incorporating group discussion, team activities, individual work (together and/or remotely) and lecture/presentations to engage everyone in a way that drives the learning results.
