"I learned a lot from playing the game. It helped me to see some really good strategies in the market and what firms have to go through to figure out how to maximize their profits. More than anything I also learned what not to do for a strategy. I feel that realizing what my mistakes were throughout the game is what would help me to come out on top again and even in this game I suppose that it is what helped me to finally win in the end of the game."

"It was fun to see how I could put what we learned in class to work in the game. I am a very good hands on learner. Most people tend to take the things they read about in the book for granted, but it was nice to see how well we actually understood what we learned. We got a chance to see how pricing and other costs affect our overall profitability and how we could change the factors and how that would affect the outcome of the firm."

"It was also nice to see how the oligopoly market worked as well as the other different types of markets that were in the game. Each one worked a little differently and it did take some time to see how they each worked but once I practiced a little bit it was interesting to see how even the same strategies and changes in each market may have a different effect. I enjoyed the game very much and learned quite a bit from it."

"This game definitely reinforces major economic topics and is a great learning tool for students. It is not only fun but also easy to use and understand."

"The more you use the software the more it reinforces the concepts covered in class. The interactive nature of the software gives you immediate feedback on your decisions both positive and negative."

"It is much easier to learn something through interaction rather than reading and listening to lectures."

"The simulations were helpful for thinking about the decisions that firms of different models make, and how they react differently to the market. One thing that was frustrating(and instructive) was that when you make an error you get killed in comparison--often it would take a few beatings to get the point accross. At least no one lost their job or retirement savings."

"Thank you very much for being very creative in teaching economics. I really enjoyed the class and I learned a lot. Thank you again."
